Main technical features of maglev blower
(1) Energy saving and high efficiency: magnetic suspension bearing is adopted to realize high speed non-polar variable speed regulation without contact loss and mechanical loss, making the fan operation efficiency up to 84.5%.
(2) Low noise, easy installation: As the whole box-type structure is adopted, the noise of the fan is below 80dB, and the vibration of the body is minimal, so there is no need to make the installation foundation.
(3) High integration of the system: imported filter, cooling system, automatic anti-surge system, power failure and fault protection system, etc., the user does not need to purchase other components. Real-time display of Chinese touch screen, for operators to bring convenience and reduce the occurrence of operating accidents.
(4) High cooling efficiency: The cooling system adopts the combination of air cooling and water cooling, which can effectively protect the motor and realize the start and stop of the fan at any time.
(5) Remote control: PLC+GPRS is adopted. Not only can be controlled by the central control room, if the fan failure, but also can be carried out remote maintenance debugging.
